Lubbock native and Texas Tech Alumna Mitchell Wideman began his career in real estate beginning in 2003. He has over 20 years of experience in single-family and multi-family real estate industry, and specializes in bringing quality and craftsmanship to the construction industry .
Mitch’s experience in new home design and construction stems from his life-long career of buying, selling, redesigning, and remodeling homes throughout Texas and the South Plains. Mitch works with an industry leading team to create homes that maximum space while maintaining beauty, elegance, and distinction. Each home he builds is customized with the user’s needs in mind while maximizing functionality and practicality.
Mitch also holds his Texas Real estate Brokers license, is a proud member of the West Texas Homes Builders Association, the Texas Association of Builders, and the National Home Builders Association.

MEREDITH WIDEMAN
Meredith Wideman is a dedicated, genuine, market-savvy professional who has a passion for real estate development. She prides herself on knowing that each client has a rewarding experience by conducting her business ethically, fairly and with integrity, all the while having a good experience throughout the process. She believes in cutting through the “fluff” in order to be authentic and real. She has spent 21 years solely focused on the Real Estate development and continues her passion through her thoughtful approach to the construction industry.

DIANE ADAMS
Texas Tech University alumna Diane Adams has her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and her Master’s degree in Environmental Design. She has over 20 years of experience in her profession, and specializes in bringing innovative ideas and custom home design to the industry.
Diane’s experience in new home design as well as remodel construction includes designing and drafting of over 500 homes in Lubbock and the South Plains as well as in Oklahoma and Austin. Diane works with both homeowners and builders to create homes with maximum space planning and efficient use of square footage while maintaining beauty and elegance. Each plan is customized with the user’s needs and budget in mind.
In addition, Diane has experience in kitchen and bath design which is important for space planning and budgeting when designing custom homes and remodels. She also spent several years in the classroom teaching computer-aided drafting and residential design to college students. This experiences allows her to showcase her understanding of design and her speed of drafting. Time is important to both homeowners and builders, so her efficiency on the computer is a vital asset. Diane also holds her certification by the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications, a distinguished certification obtained by passing a rigorous 3-part examination which tests for core competencies in the design profession.
